USC 2257 Disclosure Statement

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75), also known as the "2257 Regulations," Astartus LLC ("Fansit") provides the following disclosure:

1. Statement of Compliance

1.1. All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on the Platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depiction.

1.2. Fansit is not the primary producer of any sexually explicit content appearing on the Platform. All sexually explicit content is uploaded by Users ("Creators") who are the primary producers of such content.

1.3. As a secondary producer, Fansit maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 to the extent required by law.

2. Records Custodian

2.1. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the following Records Custodian:

3. Creator Responsibilities

3.1. Each Creator uploading sexually explicit content to the Platform is the primary producer of that content and is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the age and identity of all individuals appearing in their content
  • Maintaining records of such verification, including copies of government-issued identification
  • Ensuring all depicted individuals are over 18 years of age
  • Making such records available for inspection as required by law

3.2. By uploading sexually explicit content to the Platform, each Creator represents and warrants that they have verified the age of all individuals depicted and that all individuals are over 18 years of age.

4. Inspection

4.1. Records maintained by Fansit are available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States, or their designee, during normal business hours at the address of the Records Custodian listed above.
