Streaming Terms

These Streaming Terms apply when you broadcast, view, or participate in a livestream on Fansit (each a "Stream"). They are in addition to the Terms of Service, the Creator Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. "Fansit" means Persona Payments LLC, dba Fansit, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. Definitions

  • "Stream" — any live audio, video, or audio/video broadcast initiated by a Creator on the Platform.
  • "Public Stream" — a Stream open to all eligible Fans.
  • "Private Stream" — a Stream restricted to one or more named Fans, typically for tip- or token-gated experiences.
  • "Stream Recording" — an audio/video recording of a Stream that may be retained on the Platform after the Stream ends.

2. Eligibility to Stream

2.1. To initiate a Stream you must be a verified Creator in good standing under the Creator Terms.

2.2. Streams are subject to the same identity-verification, age-verification, and §2257 recordkeeping obligations as recorded content. (See Age Verification Policy and USC 2257 Disclosure.)

2.3. Every individual who appears on camera or otherwise visibly participates in a Stream must be at least 18 years old, identifiable, and have provided documented consent. Off-camera collaborators (e.g., audio crew) are not subject to this requirement.

3. Recordings

3.1. Public Streams may be recorded by default unless you affirmatively disable recording for a particular broadcast. Where Fansit retains a recording, it remains available on the Platform under your account, subject to the licenses in Terms § 6.

3.2. Private Streams may also be recorded and made available as Stream Recordings to the Fans who paid for or attended the original Private Stream, including after the Stream ends, subject to the perpetual access right in Section 5.

3.3. You may not record another user's Stream by external means or share any portion of another Stream outside the Platform without that user's express written consent. (See AUP § 4 and Terms § 8.4.)

3.4. CSAM detection. Stream Recordings are subject to automated and human moderation, including CSAM scanning. Fansit reports any apparent CSAM to NCMEC.

4. Real-Time Moderation

4.1. Fansit may interrupt, mute, blur, or terminate a Stream at any time and without notice for actual or suspected violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, the Community Guidelines, or any law.

4.2. Stream chat is moderated and may be filtered, slowed, or restricted in real time. Repeated chat violations may result in chat bans, account suspension, or permanent removal.

5. Tips, PPV, & Private Stream Access

5.1. Tips sent during a Stream are voluntary gratuities and non-refundable once sent (see Terms § 4.4).

5.2. Where a Fan pays to access a Private Stream or unlocks a Stream Recording, the Fan receives a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to access that specific Stream Recording, even after the Creator removes it or closes their account, subject to Terms § 6.3.

5.3. The Creator may not retroactively revoke a Fan's access to a Stream Recording the Fan has already paid for.

6. Public-by-Default

6.1. Treat every Stream as potentially public. Even Private Streams may be screenshotted or recorded by attending Fans in violation of these terms. Fansit cannot guarantee privacy and is not liable for unauthorized capture or redistribution by third parties.

6.2. Do not share personally identifying information, real-world addresses, financial information, or anything else you would not want disclosed publicly.

7. AI Streams

7.1. AI Creators may broadcast Streams subject to the AI disclosure requirements in AUP § 3. The AI label must remain visible throughout the Stream.

7.2. Voice clones, real-time face filters that depict another person, and any other AI feature applied during a Stream are subject to the identity and likeness rules in AUP § 3.2. Depicting a real, identifiable individual without documented consent is prohibited.

8. Off-Platform & Off-Stream Conduct

8.1. Conducting transactions, sharing payment details, or moving conversations off the Platform during or in connection with a Stream is strongly discouraged. Off-platform interactions are at your sole risk.

8.2. Solicitation of off-platform payment, prostitution, escorting, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

9. Suspension & Termination

Violations of these Streaming Terms may result in immediate Stream termination, content removal, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of pending payouts under the Payout Policy.

10. Changes

Fansit may update these Streaming Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
