April 16, 2026 — Major rewrite

Rewritten policies

  • Terms of Service — full rewrite. Added Wyoming governing law, FAA-preempted mandatory arbitration with class-action waiver and 30-day opt-out, $1,000 small-claim filing-fee reimbursement, liability cap, lifetime PPV access, gratuity-based tip framing, public-by-default communications warning, §2257 retention exception, and AI Creator obligations.
  • Privacy Policy — full rewrite. GDPR + UK GDPR + CCPA/CPRA compliant. Names Incode as identity/age-verification provider. Detailed retention table.
  • Acceptable Use Policy — full rewrite. New Section 3 covering AI/synthetic content, identity, likeness, and disclosure obligations.
  • Community Guidelines — rewritten in plain language as the "soft rules" companion to the AUP.
  • Creator Terms — full rewrite. Lifetime PPV license to Fans, AI Creator subsection, post-termination holdback period.
  • Payout Policy — full rewrite. Cash-out rate is $0.003 USD per FanBuck (100 FB = $0.30). Pending balance held 10 days. Manual / weekly / monthly payout options. $50 USD minimum threshold. Chargeback fee of the greater of $20 or 5% of disputed amount. ACH payouts only.
  • DMCA Policy — full rewrite. Designated Copyright Agent: Jamie Wedow.
  • Marketing Policy — expanded to cover both Fansit's outbound marketing and third-party rules for promoting Fansit.
