Referral & Affiliate Program Policy

This Policy governs Fansit's Creator Referral Scheme and Creator Affiliate Programme.

1. Creator Referral Scheme

1.1. The Creator Referral Scheme enables Creative Users to earn a commission from Fansit by referring new Creators to the Platform using their unique referral link.

1.2. Eligibility

  • Any active Creator in good standing may participate
  • Referring Users must share their unique referral link through lawful, compliant methods
  • The use of paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to promote referral links is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from Fansit

1.3. Commission Structure

  • Referring Users earn five percent (5%) of the Fan Payments earned by the Referred Creator for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of their registration
  • Subject to a maximum of $50,000 USD per referred Creator
  • Commission applies to gross Fan Payments before Platform Fees and applicable deductions

1.4. Any refunds or chargebacks applied to the Referred Creator's transactions will result in corresponding deductions from the Referring User's commission.

1.5. Referral commissions are credited to the Referring User's Creator Balance, categorized as REFERRAL, and are not subject to Platform Fees.

2. Creator Affiliate Programme

2.1. The Creator Affiliate Programme allows Creative Users to promote the profile of another Creator via a unique affiliate link and earn commission from qualifying Fan Payments.

2.2. Promoting Creators may create public offers with a defined commission percentage (capped at fifty percent (50%) of Fan Payments). Any Creative User may accept an offer to begin promoting.

2.3. Creative Users may act as affiliates for a maximum of five (5) different Promoted Creators simultaneously.

2.4. All affiliate promotion must comply with applicable advertising laws, including FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored tags).

3. Enforcement

3.1. Fansit may suspend, withhold, or terminate participation in the Referral Scheme or Affiliate Programme if a User violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other Fansit Policy.
