These additional terms apply to users who create and monetize content on Fansit.

1. Eligibility

To become a Creator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a verified account
• Complete identity verification
• Agree to these Creator Terms

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you create. By posting on Fansit, you grant us a license to host and display your content.

3. Revenue Share

Creators receive a percentage of revenue from subscriptions and tips. See our Payout Policy for details.

4. Content Requirements

All content must comply with our:

5. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on your earnings.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

• Pending payouts may be withheld for chargebacks
• You must fulfill any outstanding obligations
• Your content will be removed

7. Exclusive Content

Content marked as "exclusive" must not be available elsewhere without proper authorization.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
