Community Guidelines

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

Last Updated: April 16, 2026

These Guidelines explain how we expect everyone to behave on Fansit. They sit alongside the binding Acceptable Use Policy, which is the legally enforceable rule set. If anything here conflicts with the AUP, the AUP controls.

Fansit is a platform for adult creators and the people who support them. These Guidelines exist so the experience stays safe, respectful, and worth showing up for.

What's allowed

Diverse creative work is welcome:

  • Photos, videos, livestreams
  • Audio and music
  • Writing, blogs, captions
  • Art, illustration, animation
  • Educational and instructional content
  • Adult content, subject to the rules below

Adult content

Adult content is permitted on Fansit. To post it, you must:

  • Be 18 or older and verified through our identity-verification provider.
  • Confirm that every person depicted is 18 or older and has consented to being depicted.
  • Comply with U.S. and international recordkeeping requirements (see USC 2257 Disclosure).
  • Apply accurate content warnings and tags.

What's never allowed

These categories are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent termination:

  • Anything depicting, suggesting, or simulating a minor in a sexualized context — including age-play roleplay or AI-generated content that mimics a minor.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, recording, or distribution.
  • Sex trafficking or human trafficking, or content promoting either.
  • Bestiality.
  • Real, non-consensual violence, torture, or harm.
  • Doxxing — sharing another person's private information without consent.

AI content rules

If your content uses AI in any form — image generation, voice synthesis, deepfakes, character personas, AI-assisted editing — you must:

  1. Label your profile as AI if you operate as an AI Creator.
  2. Label every post that contains AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
  3. Label every individual piece of content (image, video, audio, text) that was AI-generated or AI-assisted.

You may not use AI to depict any real, identifiable person without their documented consent. This applies to celebrities, public figures, and private individuals equally. The only people you may depict in AI content are:

  • Yourself (with verified identity).
  • A unique, fictional, AI-generated persona.
  • A real individual who has signed off in writing on the specific scope of depiction.

Behaving well

  • Respect consent. No means no, in DMs, in private shows, in tips, in everything.
  • Don't redistribute other users' content. Screenshotting, recording, or reposting someone else's posts, livestream, or messages outside Fansit without their written consent is a serious violation.
  • No harassment. Threats, slurs, targeted intimidation, and stalking get accounts banned.
  • No spam. Mass-DMing, fake engagement, and bot networks all violate the rules.
  • Don't impersonate. Pretending to be another creator, brand, or public figure is a removal-and-ban offense.
  • Keep transactions on Fansit. Soliciting users to pay you off-platform isn't allowed. It evades fraud protection, hurts the Creator if disputes arise, and breaks the Terms.
  • Tip etiquette. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Don't promise specific outcomes for tips you can't deliver.

Reporting

See something that violates these Guidelines or the AUP? Report it through the in-product report button or email abuse@fansit.com. For copyright issues, use the DMCA process. For privacy concerns, email privacy@fansit.com.

Enforcement

We'll take action on violations — removing content, restricting accounts, or terminating in serious cases. Repeat violations escalate quickly. Severity matters: a one-line caption mistake is not the same as posting non-consensual content.

Changes

We update these Guidelines as the Platform evolves. Continued use of Fansit after changes means you accept them.
