Effective Date: May 6, 2026

Last Updated: May 6, 2026

Purpose & Scope

Fansit is a platform for lawful digital content and online creator-fan interactions. Fansit permits adult content only where lawful and only in accordance with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, age-verification requirements, and other applicable policies.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation of children, and the use of the platform to advertise, arrange, facilitate, or solicit in-person sexual services.

This policy applies to all users, including Creators and Fans, and to all activity and features on or through Fansit, including profiles, posts, messages, paid messages, custom content requests, pay-per-view content, livestreams, comments, captions, tags, metadata, links, and other account activity.

Definitions

Human trafficking / Sex trafficking: Recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, patronizing, or soliciting a person for labor or a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or any commercial sex act involving a minor (under 18).

Prostitution / solicitation: Advertising, offering, requesting, arranging, facilitating, or attempting to arrange in-person sexual services, sexual contact, or meetings for sexual activity, whether for money or anything else of value, including through coded language, indirect references, or off-platform redirection. This does not prohibit lawful paid digital content or online creator-fan interactions that comply with Fansit's policies.

Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC): Any sexual activity involving a minor in exchange for value, including CSAM.

These summaries reflect global standards (e.g., TVPA/Palermo). Where local law is stricter, that law controls.

Zero-Tolerance — Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Fansit to post, share, request, promote, facilitate, monetize, or otherwise enable any of the following:

Trafficking and exploitation

  • content or conduct that promotes, depicts, normalizes, instructs, facilitates, or is reasonably associated with human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced sexual activity, coercion, exploitation, recruitment, grooming, debt bondage, sextortion, blackmail, or other abuse;
  • attempts to recruit, control, transport, harbor, provide, or obtain a person for exploitation; and
  • threats, intimidation, manipulation, or coercion used to compel another person to participate in content creation, sexual activity, or commercial activity.

In-person sexual services and off-platform arrangements

  • advertising, soliciting, arranging, or facilitating in-person sexual services, escorting, "full service," "meetups," "travel dates," "private bookings," or similar activity, whether explicit or implied;
  • using coded language, euphemisms, hashtags, emojis, pricing terms, or indirect references to propose or facilitate in-person sexual activity;
  • sharing contact details, location details, booking instructions, travel plans, external links, or other information for the purpose of moving users off-platform to arrange in-person sexual services or sexual activity for value; and
  • using direct messages, paid messages, livestreams, comments, captions, custom content requests, or any other platform feature to negotiate or facilitate in-person sexual services.

Minors, non-consensual content, and exploitation-related abuse

  • any content involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, a person who appears to be under 18, or conduct suggesting the sexual exploitation of a minor;
  • CSAM, CSEC, grooming, or any related conduct;
  • intimate or sexually explicit content lacking required consent or authorization; and
  • manipulated or synthetic sexual content depicting a real person without authorization.

Financial facilitation and evasion

  • using Fansit or related payment flows to pay for, promote, disguise, or launder proceeds from trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful activity; and
  • attempting to evade platform, banking, payment, moderation, age-verification, or identity-verification controls in connection with prohibited activity.

Platform Boundaries — Digital Content Only

Fansit is for lawful digital content and online creator-fan interactions only. It may not be used to arrange, advertise, solicit, or facilitate real-world sexual services, in-person commercial sexual activity, or in-person sexual contact.

Creators and Fans must not use Fansit to suggest, imply, or coordinate off-platform contact for the purpose of arranging in-person sexual services or sexual activity for value.

Lawful online roleplay, fantasy content, and creator-fan interactions are permitted only if they comply with Fansit's policies and are not used to arrange, solicit, imply, or facilitate real-world sexual services, exploitation, coercion, or unlawful activity.

Age, Identity, and Consent Safeguards

Age assurance and verification: Fans and Creators may be subject to age-assurance, identity-verification, and step-up verification measures in accordance with our Age Verification Policy.

Creator verification: Creators must complete required identity and age checks before publishing content or receiving payouts, and may be required to complete reverification or additional compliance checks from time to time.

Depicted persons: Creators are responsible for ensuring that each person depicted in content is at least 18 years old, has been properly identified and verified where required, and has provided all consent required by applicable law and platform policy.

Records and documentation: Creators must maintain all records, releases, and documentation required by applicable law and by Fansit's policies, including recordkeeping obligations that may apply under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, where applicable.

Reporting Suspected Trafficking or Exploitation

If you believe content or activity on Fansit may involve trafficking, exploitation, coercion, prostitution, or related abuse, please report it immediately through the in-product reporting tools or by emailing report@fansit.com. Where possible, include URLs, usernames, screenshots, transaction details, or other information that may assist our investigation.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law enforcement authority. Users may also contact recognized anti-trafficking hotlines or victim-support resources in their jurisdiction.

Enforcement & Remedies

Where we suspect or confirm a violation of this policy, we may take immediate action without prior notice, including:

  • removing or disabling content;
  • restricting visibility or discoverability;
  • disabling messaging, livestreaming, monetization, payouts, or other account features;
  • suspending or terminating accounts or related accounts;
  • requiring reverification, additional documentation, or enhanced review;
  • preserving relevant records and evidence;
  • withholding, reversing, offsetting, or otherwise restricting payouts or earnings to the extent permitted by law and our agreements; and
  • reporting matters to law enforcement, regulators, payment partners, or other competent authorities, where required or appropriate.

Where suspected conduct also involves CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we may make reports to NCMEC and take any further action required by law.

Detection and Risk Controls

To prevent harm and comply with legal and platform obligations, Fansit uses a combination of proactive and reactive safety measures, which may include:

  • user reports and complaint handling;
  • automated and manual review of content, messages, metadata, and account activity;
  • keyword, pattern, and coded-term detection;
  • identity-verification, age-assurance, and reverification measures;
  • fraud, payment-risk, and ban-evasion controls;
  • specialist review and escalation workflows; and
  • other trust and safety tools designed to identify coercion, exploitation, or prohibited in-person solicitation.

We may update or refine these controls at any time to address evolving risks, protect users, and comply with applicable law.

Non-Retaliation

Users who report suspected trafficking/exploitation in good faith are protected from retaliation on Fansit. False or bad-faith reports may result in enforcement action.

Safety Resources and Cooperation

We may provide safety information, cooperate with qualified organizations and authorities, and update our internal procedures and platform controls to improve detection, reporting, escalation, and user protection.

Updates

We may update this policy as laws and best practices evolve. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated through Fansit or by email.
