1. Statement

1.1. Astartus LLC ("Fansit") is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and all forms of exploitation in our operations, supply chain, and on our Platform.

1.2. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657), and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, and applies to all activities of Astartus LLC and its subsidiaries.

2. Our Business

2.1. Fansit operates an online platform that enables content creators to monetize their work through subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and other paid features. Our Users include Fans (content consumers) and Creators (content producers), including both human and AI-powered Creator accounts.

3. Our Policies

3.1. We maintain the following policies and procedures to address the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • Identity Verification: All Creators must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including government-issued ID verification and liveness checks, before they can upload content or earn revenue on the Platform.

  • Content Moderation: We employ automated and human moderation to detect and remove content that may involve exploitation, coercion, or trafficking.

  • User Reporting: We provide accessible mechanisms for Users to report suspected exploitation, including a dedicated report@fansit.com email address.

  • Community Guidelines: Our Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking, exploitation, abuse, violence, or non-consensual sexual behavior.

  • Agency Oversight: Our Agency & Operator Terms require that agencies managing Creator accounts register with Fansit, verify the identity of all operators, and obtain documented consent from Creators for account management.

  • Consent Documentation: Our Co-Authored Content Policy requires documented consent and age verification for all individuals appearing in content.

4. Due Diligence

4.1. We conduct due diligence on our supply chain and business partners, including:

  • Verifying the identity and legitimacy of payment processing partners
  • Requiring third-party service providers to maintain their own anti-slavery policies
  • Monitoring Creator accounts for signs of coercion, exploitation, or trafficking
  • Reviewing and investigating reports of suspected exploitation

5. Training

5.1. We provide training to our employees, particularly those in trust and safety, customer support, and content moderation roles, on:

  • Recognizing signs of modern slavery and human trafficking
  • Reporting procedures for suspected exploitation
  • Legal obligations under applicable anti-slavery legislation

6. Reporting

6.1. If you suspect that modern slavery or human trafficking is occurring on the Platform or in connection with Fansit's business, please report it immediately to:

7.1. This statement is reviewed and updated annually. The latest version will always be accessible at legal.fansit.com/anti-slavery.
