Creator Advertising & Promotion Policy

This Policy governs how Creators may promote their Fansit profiles externally and how they may engage in third-party advertising on the Platform.

1. External Promotion

1.1. Creators may promote their Fansit profiles through:

  • Personal social media accounts
  • Search engines and paid traffic platforms (subject to those platforms' own terms)
  • Other lawful promotional channels

1.2. External promotion must not:

  • Impersonate Fansit or other Creators
  • Mislead users about the nature of the content available
  • Violate the advertising policies of the external platform being used

2. Third-Party Promotional Content on Fansit

2.1. Creators may publish third-party promotional content on Fansit provided that:

  • The product or service being promoted is legal and not prohibited under Fansit policies
  • There is clear and conspicuous disclosure of any paid or sponsored relationships (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or partnership label)
  • Promotions do not involve or encourage prohibited behavior under the Acceptable Use Policy

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1. The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Fansit:

  • Paid contests, giveaways, or sweepstakes conducted through Fansit
  • Product placements or third-party endorsements not clearly disclosed
  • Recruitment advertisements, job listings, or business-for-hire content
