1. Zero-Tolerance Statement

1.1. Persona Payments LLC, dba Fansit ("Fansit"), with a registered place of business at 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, glorifies, or otherwise involves the sexual exploitation of minors.

1.2. Fansit is an adult-content platform strictly limited to users and depicted individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this rule.

1.3. This statement applies to all content published, transmitted, or stored on the Platform, including photos, videos, live streams, audio, text, messages, and AI-generated or synthetic content of any form.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1. The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Fansit and will result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to law enforcement:

  • Any photographic, video, or audio depiction of a minor in a sexual or sexualized context
  • Any AI-generated, synthetic, illustrated, animated, rendered, deepfaked, or otherwise digitally created content depicting an apparent minor in a sexual or sexualized context
  • "Age-play" or content in which adults depict themselves as minors, regardless of the actual ages of participants
  • Content that sexualizes real children, fictional children, or ambiguously-aged individuals who appear to be minors
  • Links to, references to, or solicitation of CSAM on or off the Platform
  • Content depicting child grooming, solicitation, or child sexual exploitation in any form
  • Any content in which a depicted individual cannot be verified as 18 or older through Fansit's verification processes

2.2. The prohibition on AI-generated and synthetic depictions is absolute. Fansit treats synthetic CSAM identically to camera-captured CSAM for removal, reporting, and account action purposes, and applies the same preservation and reporting obligations regardless of how the content was produced.

3. Age Verification

3.1. Every Creator on Fansit must complete full identity and age verification, including government-issued ID, liveness check, and confirmation of 18+ status, before being permitted to upload or monetize any content. Fansit's verification process is described in the Age Verification Policy.

3.2. All third parties appearing in Creator content must be documented and age-verified in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. See the USC 2257 Disclosure for custodian and recordkeeping details.

3.3. Users accessing the Platform must confirm they are 18 or older, and must complete additional age verification in jurisdictions where it is required by law.

4. Proactive Detection

4.1. Fansit uses a combination of automated detection tools and trained human moderators to identify CSAM and related prohibited content, including:

  • AI-based image and video classification on all uploads, pre- and post-publication
  • Hash-matching against known CSAM databases maintained by NCMEC, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and other industry partners
  • Metadata analysis and reverse-image search for suspicious uploads
  • Keyword filtering across posts, captions, bios, profile fields, and private messages
  • Human review of all content flagged by automated systems
  • Real-time monitoring of live streams, with immediate takedown capability

4.2. Content Moderation procedures are further described in the Content Moderation & Protection Policy.

5. Immediate Action

5.1. Any content suspected of being CSAM is subject to the following immediate actions:

  • Removal: the content is disabled from viewing on the Platform immediately upon detection or report, without prior notice to the uploading account.
  • Account termination: the associated account is permanently terminated and the account holder is banned from the Platform. Payment information is preserved where lawful.
  • Evidence preservation: the content, account records, access logs, and related metadata are preserved in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and as otherwise required by law.
  • Reporting: the incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and, where appropriate, to federal, state, or international law enforcement.

5.2. Fansit cooperates fully with all lawful investigations and legal process in any jurisdiction.

6. NCMEC Reporting

6.1. Fansit reports suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to equivalent authorities in jurisdictions outside the United States.

6.2. Reports include the content, applicable metadata, account information, and any additional information required by NCMEC or law enforcement.

6.3. Fansit preserves reported content and related data in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A(h).

8.2. Reports to Fansit may be submitted anonymously. Fansit does not retaliate against reporters acting in good faith.

9. Moderator Training

9.1. All members of Fansit's Trust & Safety team are trained on:

  • Recognizing CSAM, apparent-age indicators, and grooming patterns
  • Legal obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent non-U.S. laws
  • Secure handling, preservation, and reporting of suspected CSAM
  • Mental-health support and decompression practices for moderators exposed to harmful content

10. No Appeal for CSAM Determinations

10.1. Removal and termination decisions based on Fansit's determination that content constitutes or depicts CSAM are not subject to the standard appeals process described in the Complaints Policy. Accounts terminated for CSAM violations are permanently banned from the Platform.
