This Policy governs access to and use of any application programming interfaces (APIs) made available by Fansit.
1. Access
1.1. API access is available to approved developers and partners only. To request API access, contact partnerships@fansit.com.
1.2. API credentials are personal to the approved developer and must not be shared, transferred, or sold.
2. Permitted Uses
- Building integrations that enhance the Creator or Fan experience on Fansit
- Analytics and reporting for Creators or Agencies managing their own accounts
- Content management tools for authorized account holders
3. Prohibited Uses
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk downloading of Content or User data
- Building competing platforms or services using Fansit data
- Circumventing access controls, content protection, or age verification
- Any use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, or applicable law
4. Rate Limits
4.1. API requests are subject to rate limits as documented in the API documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent revocation of API access.
5. Termination
5.1. Fansit may revoke API access at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice.
5.2. Misuse of the API will result in immediate termination of access and may result in termination of the associated Account.
