Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do on the Fansit platform. It applies to every user — Fans, Creators, AI Creators, agencies, and developers — and is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. The "Platform" refers to fansit.com and any related Fansit service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, reporting to law enforcement or other authorities, and civil or criminal liability.

1. Zero-Tolerance Conduct

The following conduct results in immediate, permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable:

  • Any depiction, suggestion, or simulation of the sexual exploitation of a minor (CSAM), including age-play roleplay or content designed to mimic a minor.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including the recording, sharing, or threat to share content of any individual without their documented consent.
  • Sex trafficking, human trafficking, or content promoting or facilitating either.
  • Bestiality.
  • Content depicting actual non-consensual violence, torture, or harm.
  • Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating terrorism or organized violent extremism.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

Illegal or harmful

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes intellectual-property rights you do not hold.
  • Promotes illegal activities, illegal goods, controlled substances, or weapons.
  • Contains malware, phishing attempts, or any technology designed to disrupt or harm the Platform.
  • Threatens, harasses, doxxes, stalks, bullies, or incites violence against others.
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

Misleading

  • Impersonates another person, brand, or entity.
  • Falsely represents an affiliation with Fansit or with another person or organization.
  • Constitutes fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

Adult content rules

  • Depicts any individual who is, or appears to be, under 18.
  • Depicts another identifiable adult without their documented consent.
  • Includes prohibited acts or content categories listed in the Community Guidelines.

3. Synthetic, AI-Generated, and AI-Assisted Content

This Section applies to all content generated, modified, or assisted by artificial intelligence, including images, video, audio, voice, text, deepfakes, and AI Creator personas.

3.1. Disclosure is mandatory

  • AI Creators must conspicuously label their profile as AI.
  • Every post containing AI-generated or AI-assisted content must disclose that fact.
  • Every individual piece of content (image, video, audio file, etc.) that is AI-generated or AI-assisted must be labeled.
  • Hiding, removing, or obscuring AI labels is a material breach of this AUP.

3.2. Identity & likeness

  • AI-generated content must depict either (a) a unique non-real identity generated for that purpose, or (b) a real, identifiable individual who has provided documented, revocable consent to the depiction.
  • Depicting any real, identifiable individual without documented consent — including public figures, celebrities, and private individuals — is prohibited, regardless of any "fair use" or "parody" claim.
  • Documented consent must include the depicted individual's verified identity, the scope of the consent (what content, what platforms, what timeframe), and the right to revoke consent in writing.

3.3. Synthetic nudity & sexual content

  • Synthetic depictions of nudity or sexual conduct are permitted only where Section 3.2 is satisfied: a unique non-real identity, or a real individual with documented consent specific to such depictions.
  • All Section 1 prohibitions (including the absolute bar on apparent-minor content) apply equally to synthetic content. There is no carveout for AI-generated CSAM, age-play, non-consensual depictions, or extreme violence.

3.4. Voice & audio

  • AI voice cloning or voice synthesis depicting a real, identifiable person is subject to Sections 3.2 and 3.3.
  • AI voice content must be disclosed in the same way as visual AI content.

3.5. Operational

  • Fansit may apply automated and human review to identify undisclosed synthetic content.
  • AI Creators are subject to the same revenue terms, payout structure, and conduct rules as human Creators.

4. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans, restrictions, or rate limits.
  • Engage in artificial engagement (purchased followers, fake comments, view manipulation, click farms).
  • Spam, mass-message, or send unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, scrape Platform data without permission, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
  • Solicit users to move payments or transactions off the Platform to evade Fansit's fees, recordkeeping, or moderation.
  • Cross-promote competing creator-monetization platforms in DMs to other Fansit users (you may link to your own off-platform pages from your profile, subject to the Marketing Policy).
  • Initiate chargebacks in bad faith for content or services already accessed (see Terms § 4.6).
  • Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture another user's content, livestream, or messages and redistribute them without that user's express written consent.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or conduct on the Platform violates this AUP, report it via the in-product report flow or by emailing abuse@fansit.com. For copyright issues, use the DMCA Policy instead.

6. Enforcement

Fansit may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove or restrict content.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Withhold pending payouts pending investigation.
  • Report violations to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other authorities.
  • Pursue civil or criminal action.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
