Payout Policy

Last Updated: April 16, 2026
This Payout Policy explains how Creators earn FanBucks on Fansit and how those FanBucks convert to U.S. dollars and are paid out. It supplements the Creator Terms and the Terms of Service. "Fansit" means Persona Payments LLC, dba Fansit, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.
1. How Earnings Work
1.1. FanBucks are Fansit's internal credit unit. Fans purchase FanBucks at prices set by Fansit. Fans use FanBucks to tip Creators, unlock pay-per-view content, subscribe, and request custom content.
1.2. Cash-out rate. When a Creator cashes out, FanBucks convert to U.S. dollars at a rate of $0.003 USD per FanBuck (i.e., 100 FanBucks = $0.30 USD). Bonus FanBucks (FanBucks earned through promotional pricing tiers when Fans purchase larger packages) cash out at the same flat rate.
1.3. No separate platform fee. Fansit does not deduct a separate platform percentage from your wallet. Fansit makes its margin on the spread between Fan-side FanBuck pricing and the Creator-side cash-out rate.
1.4. Pricing changes. Fansit may change FanBuck pricing for Fans and the Creator cash-out rate at any time. Material changes to the cash-out rate will be communicated through the Platform or by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable.
2. Pending Balance & Available Balance
2.1. Earnings are credited to your account in two stages:
| Status | Description | |---|---| | Pending | FanBucks earned in the last 10 days. Held against potential chargebacks, refunds, and fraud review. Not withdrawable. | | Available | FanBucks that have cleared the 10-day pending period. Withdrawable subject to the minimum threshold and your selected payout schedule. |
2.2. Pending period. All newly earned FanBucks remain in the pending balance for ten (10) days from the date earned, after which they move to the available balance.
2.3. Fansit may extend the pending period for a specific transaction or a specific Creator account if there is reason to suspect fraud, abnormal chargeback activity, or a pending dispute.
3. Payout Schedule
3.1. You may select one of the following payout schedules from your wallet settings:
- Manual — initiate a payout request whenever your available balance meets the minimum threshold.
- Weekly — Fansit automatically pays out your available balance every Friday, provided the balance meets the minimum threshold.
- Monthly — Fansit automatically pays out your available balance on the 1st of every month, provided the balance meets the minimum threshold.
3.2. Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (approximately 16,667 FanBucks at the current cash-out rate).
3.3. Available balance below the minimum threshold rolls forward to the next eligible payout cycle.
4. Payout Method
4.1. Fansit pays out by ACH bank transfer to a U.S. bank account in the Creator's verified legal name.
4.2. Before initiating your first payout you must:
- Complete identity verification (KYC) with our verification provider.
- Provide accurate U.S. tax-reporting information (Form W-9 for U.S. persons; Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E for non-U.S. persons).
- Connect a U.S. bank account in your verified legal name.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Recovery
5.1. Chargeback fee. When a Fan initiates a chargeback against a transaction credited to your account, Fansit will deduct from your balance both:
- the FanBuck-equivalent of the disputed amount, and
- a chargeback fee of the greater of $20 USD or 5% of the disputed amount.
5.2. The chargeback fee covers Fansit's processor fees and administrative costs and is not refundable to you, even if Fansit successfully wins the chargeback dispute on your behalf.
5.3. Negative balances. If a chargeback or recovery action results in a negative balance, you remain responsible for the deficit. Fansit may offset the negative balance against future earnings, halt payouts, or pursue collection.
5.4. Abnormal chargeback rates. Fansit may suspend payouts, restrict your account, or terminate your Creator status if your chargeback rate exceeds risk thresholds set by Fansit or its payment processors.
6. Tips and PPV — Special Rules
6.1. Tips are voluntary gratuities and are non-refundable once sent. (See Terms § 4.4.)
6.2. PPV purchases grant a perpetual license to the buyer. You may not retroactively revoke a Fan's access to PPV content they have already paid for, even if you remove the content from the Platform or close your account. (See Terms § 6.3 and Creator Terms § 2.3.)
7. Taxes
7.1. You are an independent contractor. You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes (federal, state, local, and international) on your earnings.
7.2. U.S. Form 1099-K. Fansit issues Form 1099-K to U.S. Creators who receive $600 USD or more in gross payments in a calendar year, or such other threshold as required by applicable IRS rules then in effect.
7.3. Non-U.S. Creators. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax obligations of your country of tax residence. Fansit does not provide tax advice.
7.4. Fansit may withhold from payouts any taxes required by law and any backup withholding required by the IRS.
8. Account Closure & Forfeiture
8.1. If you close your account voluntarily, your available balance (less any chargebacks, refunds, and fees pending) will be paid out at the next scheduled payout cycle, subject to the minimum threshold.
8.2. If Fansit terminates your account for cause (fraud, zero-tolerance violation, abnormal chargeback rate, etc.), pending and available balances may be withheld for up to 180 days against potential chargebacks, fraud losses, and outstanding obligations. After 180 days, any remaining net positive balance, less amounts attributable to fraudulent or terminated-for-cause activity, will be paid out subject to verification.
9. Changes
Fansit may update this Payout Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
