This Policy describes how Fansit communicates with Users for marketing purposes and how Users can manage their preferences.
1. Marketing Communications
1.1. Fansit may send marketing communications to Users who have opted in to receive them, including:
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Creator promotion and discovery recommendations
- Platform offers, discounts, and promotions
- Educational content and best practices
2. Opt-In and Opt-Out
2.1. Marketing communications require your prior consent. You may opt in during account registration or through your Account settings.
2.2. You may opt out at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Updating your communication preferences in Account settings
- Contacting support@fansit.com
2.3. Opt-out requests will be processed within ten (10) business days. Transactional communications (such as payment confirmations, security alerts, and policy updates) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of.
3. Third-Party Marketing
3.1. Fansit does not sell User data to third-party marketers.
3.2. Fansit does not allow third-party advertisers to target Users directly on the Platform.
