This Policy describes how Fansit communicates with Users for marketing purposes, how Users can manage their preferences, and the rules that apply when Creators or third parties market Fansit. "Fansit" means Persona Payments LLC, dba Fansit, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.
1. Fansit Marketing Communications
1.1. Fansit may send marketing communications to Users who have opted in, including:
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Creator promotion and discovery recommendations
- Platform offers, discounts, and promotions
- Educational content and best practices
2. Opt-In and Opt-Out
2.1. Marketing communications require your prior consent. You may opt in during account registration or through your account settings.
2.2. You may opt out at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
- Emailing support@fansit.com
2.3. Opt-out requests are honored within ten (10) business days. Transactional communications (payment confirmations, security alerts, policy updates) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of.
2.4. Where required by applicable law (such as the EU ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR, or U.S. CAN-SPAM), we comply with the higher applicable standard, including double opt-in where required.
3. Sale & Sharing of Personal Information
3.1. Fansit does not sell User personal information.
3.2. Fansit does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act).
3.3. Fansit does not allow third-party advertisers to target individual Users on the Platform.
4. Rules for Third-Party Marketing of Fansit
These rules apply to Creators, affiliates, agencies, and any third party promoting Fansit, a Creator, or a Fansit URL.
4.1. Truthfulness. All marketing must be truthful, non-deceptive, and substantiated. You may not make false or misleading claims about earnings, fan counts, platform features, or revenue share.
4.2. No bidding on Fansit-branded keywords. You may not bid on "Fansit," "fansit.com," or confusingly similar variants in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) without prior written permission.
4.3. No spam. You may not promote Fansit through unsolicited email, SMS, fax, robocalls, or comment spam. All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and other applicable anti-spam laws.
4.4. No off-platform diversion. You may not solicit Fansit Users to move payments or transactions off the Platform. (See Acceptable Use Policy § 4.)
4.5. No prohibited categories. You may not promote Fansit alongside content depicting minors, non-consensual content, illegal goods, or any other category prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
4.6. Affiliate disclosure. Where required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides or analogous laws, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection (commission, free product, etc.) when promoting Fansit.
4.7. AI Creator promotion. When promoting an AI Creator, you must disclose that the Creator is AI in any promotional material that depicts the Creator.

6. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or removal from referral programs, account suspension or termination, withholding of pending payouts, and legal action.
